DOOR INSTALLATION: A NEW PROVIA LEGACY SINGLE ENTRY DOOR WILL BE INSTALLED IN A NEWLY CREATED OPENING IN THE SIDE OF THE BUILDING. THE INSTALLATION WILL INCLUDE PRECISE FITTING, HARDWARE, AND SEALING TO ENSURE PROPER FUNCTIONALITY AND WEATHER RESISTANCE. THE DOOR WILL FEATURE A STEEL FRAME, SMOOTH FINISH, AND CUSTOM COLOR SCHEME MATCHING THE BUILDING’S AESTHETIC. 2. WALL REPAIR AND SIDING MAINTENANCE: AFTER CREATING THE OPENING FOR THE DOOR, THE EXTERIOR WALL WILL BE REPAIRED TO MAINTAIN THE INTEGRITY AND APPEARANCE OF THE SIDING. HARDIE TRIM BOARDS WILL BE APPLIED AROUND THE DOOR TO PROTECT THE SIDING AND CREATE A SEAMLESS TRANSITION BETWEEN THE DOOR FRAME AND THE EXTERIOR. THIS PROCESS WILL ENSURE THAT THE EXTERIOR SIDING REMAINS IN GOOD STANDING, WEATHERPROOF, AND VISUALLY CONSISTENT WITH THE REST OF THE BUILDING. 3. STEP INSTALLATION: NEW WOODEN STEPS WILL BE CONSTRUCTED TO PROVIDE ACCESS TO THE DOOR FROM THE EXTERIOR. THESE STEPS WILL BE BUILT WITH TREATED LUMBER TO ENSURE LONGEVITY AND SAFETY.
