HEMMED EDGE RETURNED INTO REGLET CUT INSTALL CAULK PRIMER AND THEN SEAL FLASHING USING VULKEM 116 POLYURETHANE ONE-PART, MOISTURE-CURING, GUN-GRADE SEALANT. REPLACED ANY ROTTEN WOOD SLATE REPAIR (THROUGHOUT ALL SLATE ROOF SLOPES) REPLACE BROKEN, MISSING, AND MOST DETERIORATED SLATES THROUGHOUT THE ROOF USING NEW (BUCKINGHAM) SLATES.
