COM2019bolton hill hist/arch pres district: approved as per full scope of work: reissue atp originally approved 6/6/2018: strip paint from all façade windows and window frames, front door, door frame, cornices; sanding as needed. remove flaking paint from stone/brick façade. temporarily remove storm windows, and reinstall following completion of work. if the sashes are removed from the window frames for stripping, repair, and painting, the window will be temporarily boarded with plywood or plexiglass. the window frames and cornices will be stripped, repaired and repainted in place. damaged wood will be repaired with appropriate wood epoxies. caulk as needed with appropriate sealants. reglaze as needed. replace missing glass on third floor. prime all wooden features with primer and two coats of paint. the front door will be painted benjamin moore pm-18 “heritage red” to match existing. the door frame and stone/brick façade will be painted benjamin moore pm-7 “platinum gray”. the windows and window frames will be painted benjamin moore pm-9 “black”. prime and paint metal security bars black. all work to be completed as per plans in chap files. scope of work: exterior alterations to include exterior painting (painting only/no scraping to be done), all work will be done according to baltimore city code.$9,000Feb 21, 2019
